We believe in the Church that God started on the day of Pentecost. We believe that we are following in the path of that beginning Church. We believe in the one God whose name is Jesus Christ. We believe He is the creator of the world; that you read about in the book of Genesis. We believe that He is the same “I Am” that Moses worshipped. We believe that He was known by many different names throughout history including Jehovah, but He was and is the same Jesus that we worship today. We believe that man was created to live forever; but Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden and brought death upon all mankind. That Sin caused man to lose fellowship with God; but God so loved the world that He took on the garment of flesh to provide the way for man to once again gain full fellowship and eternal life with Him. God became a man and His name is Jesus and He died that all men may have life. We believe that without the shedding of blood there can be no remission for sin. Jesus provided that blood on the Cross of Calvary. We believe to take full advantage of this great gift of life, one must repent of one’s sins, be Baptized in the Name of Jesus (that’s full emersion of the body under water), and receive the Holy Ghost, which Jesus has promised He would give as a gift. We believe in the healing power of prayer in Jesus' name.
